Ellen inspires again!. I wish Ellen were my neighbor. Like she said in the class to surround yourself with like-minded people, to be closer to her would be just what I need! She never fails to inspire me, but my tendency is to let exercise slide. I look forward to using her secrets to get on and stay on board.

Always inspired. I have been working out with Ellen's DVD's for years and I have to say that she never disappoints! I always learn a thing or two from her and she is an inspiration! I loved the class so much....... I learned a lot of stuff in this class. It was amazing to interact with Ellen Barrett and get to talk to her and ask her questions. I have almost all her videos. And i never dreamed I would ever get this chance. Truthfully, anything with Ellen is going to be great. She gives her all - all the time. The class was so informative. I already started applying the things she talked about and I already feel better. Sometimes you need guidance or a push to do the right thing for yourself.
