Automatic Writing

Automatic writing is a written form of channeling. We can use this particular technique to channel just about anything ie. your subconscious, your higher self, someone else's higher self, ascended masters, an extraterrestrial being, a deceased loved one, or just be open to whatever wants to come through you!

We will first do a collective group meditation to help us let go of any attachments or expectations. Then from this state, the group will be guided through the process of automatic writing together. When the time period for doing the writing has ended, we will use the remainder of the time to talk and share our results!
