Good Information, Needs better Presentation. I felt that the information in the presentation was useful, but I honestly had a hard time following along and keeping my interest up because the technology wasn't always working in the presentation. The slides weren't always working and you couldn't see what the other people were doing when the presentation was recorded. Maybe try to work out the kinks of the system before recording the presentation for further students.

Using Time Wisely. I enjoyed being able to attend the class at a time that was more convenient for my schedule. I came away feeling that the class met its objective.

CVA Credential. It was very informative and organized. I learned a great deal about the credential certification and how to earn it.

Disaster Response and Recovery . It was perhaps the best class I have taken for actual, real world development of virtual volunteer reception during disaster. An experienced and knowledgeable presenter who handled all questions well. You can tell a great deal of preparation has been done for disaster response and recovery in LA County in regards to volunteers.

Excellent overview of HOC Disaster Pages. This was a very comprehensive and well documented overview of how to effectively enact a EVC on HandsOn Connect. It was great to see a real life example of how a Hands On Affiliate has prepared for the intact of volunteers during a disaster. We will definitely be using the information gathered during this session to create our own disaster pages. Thanks!

Great content. Gil has done a terrific job putting together a model for the rapid response mobilization of a HandsOn Connect powered website to turn it into a disaster response site.
